We can participate in your child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, connect with local service providers and facilitate and initiate referrals to local service providers if needed.
Consultations will take place via telephone and e-mail to help you navigate the unique and challenging landscape that is raising a child with ONH. Consultations will be with Christopher Sabine. At ONH Consulting, we understand that many of you have limited incomes and are applying for or receiving public assistance and government health insurance for your child. We also understand that the demands of raising a child with special needs and eligibility requirements for benefits such as SSI and Medicaid make paying the bills extremely difficult for some families.
If you can’t pay the subscription fee for our services, you can send us a copy of any documentation of your child's eligibility for a public assistance benefit. This can include a statement of your child's SSI or Social Security benefits (available by contacting your local Social Security Field office or by calling the Social Security Administration Toll-free at 1-800-772-1213). You can also send us documentation from Medicaid or any other state or local public assistance program.
Finally, we recognize that obtaining critical benefits for your child can be difficult and time-consuming, and many are denied services for various reasons. If this is the case and you are unable to pay for a subscription for our services, please send a copy of your official letter of ineligibility /denial of your application for services. WE would also like any documentation of your attempt to appeal the decision denying your child benefits, if applicable. We will be happy to help you obtain these records.
If you are a representative of a local school district, regional office of special education serving multiple districts or communities, professional human service organization, or health care provider and would like to reach out to me for services, please explore our services for professionals.
